Reasonable Risk Application Updates

We will review the latest enhancements that are now in production. While there are always additional, minor updates, these are the ones that are the most visible. Of course, beyond these enhancements, a number of defects will also be remediated.

New Features and Improvements

Online Support and Training – The Reasonable Risk Support and Training Site is a new resource that will allow users to search for guidance on how things work as well as providing a mechanism to submit support requests. The Reasonable Risk support team will be working to continuously update the site with new content.

Online help

  • Context sensitive help may be accessed through the application by clicking on the ‘Support’ link at the top right of any page.
  • Support and Training Site may be accessed directly @ https://support.reasonablerisk.com

Integrated Chat Support

  • At the bottom right corner of the Application and the Support and Training Site, you may click on the chat bot icon to open an interactive support bot, if you are unable to find what you need, you can submit a ticket and we will contact you directly to resolve your issue.

Ticketing System for Support Requests

  • If you are unable to find what you are looking for at the Support and Training Site, click on ‘Contact Support’ at the bottom of the main page to submit a ticket, we will contact you directly to resolve your issue.
Graphs Planned vs. Actual Risk Reduction updates

The default time period for the KPI Dashboard chart – Planned vs. Actual Risk Reduction has been updated to display a 3 year period – the previous, current, and next 12 months.

Updates to correct issues experienced with the plotted data points for the Current Plan.
